National rail lines adjoin HEZ with excess container capacity to Newcastle, Port Botany and Western Sydney, plus an easement for a rail spur into the site available. The rail line links to the Main North Line, which in turn connects to Newcastle, Sydney and interstate.

Road
Provides highway and freeway access to all states, and is at the centre of the large consumer market – Brisbane to Adelaide. The main arteries including the M1, New England Highway and Pacific Highway are all about 12 minutes from HEZ – which is designed to accommodate B-triple sized vehicles.

Gas
Competitively priced gas for even the largest user is available within the Hunter Economic Zone. Adding to the already impressive list of quality services available. There is a dedicated high-pressure gas pipeline.

Cable
The Brisbane/Sydney/ Melbourne via HEZ fibre-optic link runs through HEZ, and is ideal for rapid data transfer to capital cities.

Energy
Energy Australia Substation Peaking Plant. A 330KV Powerline through Hunter Economic Zone. A 33KV Feeder line intersects Hunter Economic Zone.

Water
The Hunter Economic Zone Water supply is sufficient for large water consumers and will be supplemented progressively by on-site reservoirs.
